We all have the super car, hotrod, or obscure JDM ride we lust after. What about the really regular stuff that we drive by, but don’t really see on a regular basis?
For me, it’s the last generation Buick LeSabre. The 3800 series engine is great. It’s hella comfortable and relatively well equipped for its age. I also quite like the styling with a particular preference for the navy ones.
What’s your regular car guilty pleasure?

Mid-2000s V6 Camrys
Something about the design was extremely clean and elegant. Especially compared to some of it’s competitors;

Same thing as you but dark green with a supercharger head swap.

Base-est of base models Chevy Sonic. Manual 1.8 with no options whatsoever.
Oh, and any of the 90's GM B-Bodies.

I really like the 10th gen Olds 88. For all the reasons you like the lesabre, just bigger.

Olds Alero, Fiesta 1.0L Manual.
I actually thought about getting the Fiesta instead of the 328 as the new DD, but I still really wanted RWD for winter .

This 100%.
I love my Buick Lesabre Limited. Great car that gets 30 MPG on the highway, dead reliable and it’s basically a rolling couch with automatic climate control.
Plus, having an inexpensive and reasonable car allows me to dump money into my 1968 Mustang.

I’m a sucker for a good old MN12/FN10. Great handling for their size, well-equipped for the era, comfortable ride, and RWD V8 goodness.
My other regular “car” guilty pleasure is Suzuki Sidekicks/Vitaras. I’ve owned 3 so far and might be picking up a nice Grand Vitara for a DD soon. Just a basic, reliable, reasonably-sized and relatively economical 4x4. What’s not to like?

Not a specific car, but three-box liftbacks.
They’re a form factor that provides all of the versatility of the two-box hatchback, with the length and American-friendly styling of a sedan. I don’t want one myself - I’ll stick to Kammback liftbacks myself, and now Kammback sedans are accepted by the American market, so the three-box liftback is no longer necessary - but I like that they existed.
And, I mean, it’s even stuff like the Plymouth Sundance - although part of that might be that a couple different ones, both 2.5 liter 3-speed autos, both 1991s, both maroon, were in my family.

Same reason I ended up with a G8 lol

Would’ve got that if they didn’t restrict the manual to the GXP, which is practically non-existent in Canada.

I know it’s such a shame. I bet they would have sold more GT’s if they had the stick option like they had on the commodore down under.
